Invitation to Join
For five years, as part of the Community Council, three of it's members were busy setting planters around the village and filling them with beautiful seasonal flowers. They advertised for like minded people to help enhance the village. A fourth member was recruited who had experience in organisation, event planning, grant application and health and safety issues, and so Crossgates Green Fingers was born.
We are always looking for like minded people who are keen to participate in making Crossgates a place to enjoy living in with beautiful surroundings and a great community involvement.
You do not have to have any gardening skills, only an interest in keeping our village looking beautiful. If there are any children within your family who would care to participate in this very worthwhile activity then they too would be most welcome.
